1. About HouseCall Presto
HouseCall Presto is a technology-enabled marketplace that connects homeowners with licensed independent plumbing contractors. HouseCall Presto is not a plumbing contractor and does not directly perform plumbing services.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

3. Service Requests
Submitting a request authorizes us to match you with an available contractor and share necessary information to fulfill your request.

4. Pricing & Payments
Pricing is presented before confirmation. Additional work requires customer approval. Payments are securely processed.

5. Independent Contractors
Contractors are independent businesses responsible for licensing, insurance, permits, and workmanship.

6. Communications
We may contact you regarding appointments, service updates, billing, and customer support.

7. SMS Messaging
If you opt in, you agree to receive account and service-related SMS messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not sell or share SMS consent with third parties for marketing.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
